How to Make a Claim
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 months of your purchase date at contact@desihi.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

To keep your Desihi jewellery looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place.
